I got to say I really enjoy your reviews. Hands down the best voice of any vlogger and your articulate if somewhat tongue in cheek Jeeves and Wooster type sense of humour had me chuckling away . But despite your attempts to big up BA club class, I was singularly unimpressed with the food and drink on offer, the dog kennel format of its cabins or the nondescript toilets and unresponsive touch screen tvs. I will as a result continue to avoid BA like the plague and be sticking to the lesser airlines on that particular route!

You gotta remember in Australia we did have the Great Lettuce Shortage, Great Banana Shortage and even the Great Toilet Paper Shortage at one stage. Australia doesn't normally make the international news but people around the whole world heard about the toilet paper shortage.

Absolute quality 😂 loving your work , in my opinion given the alternative is Thai Airways or British Airways , EVA is far superior for a direct flight , I’ve travelled Royal Laurel several times and I’ve always found the cabin crew really helpful and engaging , top review definitely do more !

What do you really expect? You pay for the space in a plane... airline food is always just acceptable and it does the job. Its all about the space and the seat.

Weird statement, I have flown many Emirates business class on both 777 and a380, never once have not had direct aisle access and had to climb over someone to exit my window seat.

@2:08 it's nowhere near 20k for a first class flight. Bangkok to London and return goes for around $7k.

Everything you ate was fresh cooked and prepared in Perth. Including the beef and the omelette.

They used to serve vintage champagne here-at least when I went in mid 2022. Clearly cost cutting.

Nice trip report. The EVA lounge was very impressive with that jellyfish design, and so was the other lounges with tasty food and beverages. Sorry to hear about your menu problem, I think the crew could have done better. Except from that, everything else was top-notch

Spacious and well decorated lounge. But coming from the Asia Pacific the food options seems to be quite underwhelming. Rarely have a gone to a lounge where the only good thing seems to be the salad bar.

Trent XWB ? The B777-300ER doesn’t have a choice of engines , it’s GE90-115 only . EVA are buying some A350 aircraft and then you will have Trent engines.

has this lounge opening had any impact on the wait for showers during peak hour? 2 hour wait in the SOUTH lounge in peak hour is too much for short layovers...

I travel frequently and I am finding less and less paper menus, rather they come over with iPads and read out what's available - your stuck in the past mate
