There are only two ending Shub. This train is basically the middle of life and death. Our player was in the same space, between life and death. This train carries souls to afterlife and our player is a human stuck in this train (similar to ghost train plot). In ending one you when you halt the train and get out of the train through the bright flash, you die. In ending two, with the help of the girl, you stop the train looping and the black hair ghost tries to stop you as he keep these poor souls trapped in this looping train not letting them reach afterlife. When you both successfully press the brake, the train stops to the afterlife station as both the siblings are dead. That's the reason why she says its not out time yet and we wake up as we still are human. We even hear an announcement while playing the game and at the end of the game that a accident took place, basically both the siblings were involved in the accident. That's the reason why at the start of the game the small boy who talks with us (who is already dead) and his sister sleeping (who is probably struggling to survive the accident and later dies) when she wakes up in the train and realises the train is looping. That's the reason why the sister does not remember boarding the train.

For those thinking about what was happening at 10:52. The lights where disappearing due to the rendering method used in the game engine. This occur in games which use SSR [Surface spaced reflections] method. As this method used what is visible in the viewport or the camera and reflects it generally it is very good for performance but in this case when the light is out of the viewport or the field of vision of the camera the reflection or light is not visible as it is not a rendered object. Keep in mind everything you view in viewport is rendered and everything else out of the view is not rendered and is pitch black. There are much more expensive methods like ray tracing which fixes this issue.

upon overhearing the conductor talking to someone on the phone, he reveals that a young boy and woman were involved in an accident. Upon realizing this, the protagonist realizes that the two people that the conductor was referring to was Naoki and his sister. And that both of them are actually dead and was helping them get into the afterlife. The screen cuts to black again before cutting to the final scene where Naoki and his sister are happily walking on the tracks of the Shinkansen as cherry blossom petals fall around and birds are happily chirping. Well let's put everything aside for now and lemme explain. Basically because of MC's syndrome (yes, economy class syndrome had 30% to make one die), he literally died making him appear on the train which appears to be the middle part (the centre) basically of both after life and our reality, so while the mc died from the economy class syndrome, the siblings was also happen to die from the train running over them (which is shown in the video after bbs completes the first part of the train and you can hear the bullet train running over somethin, yeah that's their dead bodies of the siblings but this is just my theory) and THAT is exactly why the mc was able to meet them. In the first ending, the mc dies and goes to the afterlife but the siblings prolly got captured by the black hair ghost and in the 2nd ENDING, the mc helps them to reach the after hell and not get stuck in the middle part and as well as saved himself (the mc) from dying. Basically mc had a chance to go to the afterlife or remain in the real world. Btw MC or mc means main character (mc = main character). 14:30 (listen closely) here's the time stamp for the train running over the dead bodies of the siblings (it's just a theory but could be real) and it also says due to an injury afterwards
