It once took me 6 hours to get down from the mountain stuck traffic and a huge snowstorm came in. We had this crappy beat up old Honda at the time and the thing couldn’t even give us any heat out of the heater, I’ll never forget that day miserable

Man the day we tried leaving at 230 we got to where the McDonald’s is and traffic started from there. We end up getting to the 210 by 8 pm. We were driving during the storm it was bad. And wow dude that must of suck no heater idk how u guy did it

I was thinking about going up there during the Winter months when it's snowing my friend has nitto ridge grapplers on his F150 does caltrans check to see if you have the snowflake 3 peak on your tires?

No, they don’t check. They will ask if you have a 4WD though.
