It's true, definitely still in Morocco. I assume he's just saying "stuck in Western Sahara" the same way one could say "Stuck in the CHAMAL", even though they're not trying to imply it's a different country. I guess he could have said "Stuck in the Moroccan Sahara", but that does come across as very pro-government and maybe he's just trying to concentrate on motorcycle stuff instead of political stuff lol
