Our day on Fraser Island in Australia was very intense😂. We visited many places in a short amount of time, traveling all over the island in a 4x4 bus.
Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world and also the most dangerous.
The first reason is that, being entirely sandy, it's difficult travel around, and the risk of getting stuck in the sand is very high. The second reason is that it's home to dangerous animals, especially dingoes, which are wild dogs that are very hungry and often attack if approached. The number one rule on Fraser Island is to never approach dingoes.
It's an island with breathtaking landscapes 😍 (like Lake McKenzie), and we can only recommend it, but with caution! ⚠️
