I’m favourite is a sand island not far away from there. Much smaller which is perfect for shorter trips. Fewer people. And some of the most amazing rideable dunes. Cooler too 💨 Love the vids. Look forward to a trek possibly on day. Go the DRZ 🏁

@@NickoOutBush I’d love to know what other sand island you speak of. The only other ones I can think of don’t allow motorbikes as far as I know. 🤷🏼♂️

Great looking camp spot mate I bet it’s hard finding a place to yourself over there looking at the line up for the barge, jezz just build a bridge and charge everyone $100 for the toll. Would love to do,Frasier one day, but by the time I get to it the greenies will have it closed off to vehicles and tourists

Used to own an old mazda rx4 back in the day and we'd add 2 stroke into the fuel to help with the seals; You don't see many rotorites on the road this common day.

Nice camp site. If those caliper mounting bolts are the same then swap them to put the leading bolt in. Less tendency for the caliper to want to swivel out.
@_JoshJB_4 ай бұрын
@@philmenzies2477 it was a great spot. Which would be the leading bolt? I had the top one in and lost the bottom one.
@philmenzies24774 ай бұрын
@@_JoshJB_ the leading bolt is the one towards the disc rotation. So viewed from the left, (caliper side) the wheel is turning anti-clockwise. The lower bolt gets the most rotational force. So by pinning the caliper there it has less tendency to move out of position. I hope that makes sense? You can see this on the pads when you change them. The leading edge of the pad is always thinner than the trailing edge
