We're going to fall out about the leopard print dress. I love it on you. No, it doesn't fit your curves, but not all clothes have to and not all clothes have to, to look good. It fits above the knee and because of that it doesn't matter it's a shift shape. It looks fabulous.

Thank you but no we won’t fall out. I have 1 very strict rule in my wardrobe.. if in doubt I never keep. It’s how I avoid having pieces I end up not wearing.. I still love the dress but I was in doubt..

I agree, that dress, with those boots, looks fabulous on you Marleen! I understand it's out of your comfort zone and usual styling but you positively glow in it and it camouflages your stomach so well, even from the side. It gives you legs to die for too!

Wow, that leopard dress was polarizing! 😄 I can understand why you didn’t keep it. I had a swing dress like that once and it was the side profile, how it hung off my large chest that bothered me. The cream jersey dress looked lovely, and I’m envious of how you look in that colour. With my pale, cool-tone skin, I can only wear it if I add a colourful scarf near my face

The leopard dress looks great and I would def keep it. I would style it with some thick tights and chunky books instead of the slimmer knee-high boots to balance things out. The bordeaux outfit is fantastic and the color looks super nice on you!

Marleen, keep the leopard dress! It may not show your shape but it looks so cute and is actually VERY flattering because it is so loose you can tell there's a much slimmer body under there. It also shows off your great legs. Really it may break the rules, but rules were made to be broken, weren't they. ❤

Marleen, the bordeaux suit is SOOOOO good, wow. Gotta look for it myself. Second, the leopard slip skirt - I am slender and ALWAYS have the same issue you do, the way it’s sown drives me insane. I find 90% of slip skirts I’ve tried have this exact same problem.

The suit looked GORGEOUS on you! The cream dress was off but not by much. IMO that was worth "keep trying" and I noticed H&M had several variations (oos in my usa size). And I luv a bias cut skirt, or anything. I figured out my problem now. I spent decades sinking all my $ into office wear (hated) and now I don't have to do that - guess whats in style?

Just to join in the chorus, I too really liked the leopard print dress but I feel it needs slightly bigger shoulder pads to balance your outline, wrist length sleeves (why are sleeves so long atm?) and some big pieces of gold jewellery either earrings or necklace to bring focus to your face. There! My fivepenny worth!

I am too short ..apple shape but only 1,58m...sleeves too long ,pipes of trousers too long ..a true problem because if you shorten pants or skirts ,usually the model changes 😢 😢 h&m ,primark, Zara, etc..don't have sizes for shorter people ..as far as I know . Good videos, though! Thanks!
