Stuck Zombies! New method! 7 days to die 1.2

I made one of your base's with the force field 2 deep.. It works well but the zombies get trapped in it when they fall.. Then they tried to dig under my base and get out. Is there a reason to use two force field blocks? Say you use a solid block with force field on top does that not work?
