Hi Stu, Just out of interest is this a combination of too wet muck as well as the 4 inch concretes been left out in the rain and saturated? Or was it just Jangs muck being too loose? From experience it can get a gut wrenching feeling when you walk onto a drive with pallets of brick/block that aren't covered up and see they are soaking wet when you warned/gave notice to the customer and explained why.... Just thought i'd ask as you can see you are struggling with the blocks wanted to move in every different direction despite ya best effort. Get Jang on the power tools so he can get a bit more confidence all in all. You could see when he was putting the wall starter screws in with the combi he wasn't knowing of the drill wanting to snap his wrist off when the screw was all the way in. Thumbs up, you lads are never wanting for effort and knowledge.

Another great video!!! I like the idea of spacing using a brick rather than a poorly cut block but does that affect things like render on the joints between the different materials???

Funny I was fooled by bricks in block wall by seeing them in gable inner leaf, where guess it doesn't matter. I note comments below, but can't imagine any issue on a garage like this, after all it could all be made of clay bricks. Not sure of internal finish. Guess masonry paint.
