O, I meant the sound of the video is bad. The houses itself are very well isolated. The only problem, but I guess it's with all apartments is that you should watch out with subwoofers and loud noises on your floor. But music (without a hard bass) hardly comes through the walls.

I would not recommend this place at all. In my opinion, the sound insulation in the apartments is very bad, which for me resulted in sleeping problems even due to normal things like a roommate taking a shower or using the kitchen. Whatever happened somewhere in the apartment sounded to me as loud as if it was happening right in my room. I felt that this was also of disadvantage for harmonic living together and privacy.

Hey, I'm thinking to get a room there, what do you mean about the sound is bad? that is noisy? (sound gets thru the walls or something?) this is quite important to me, thanks!
