YES They DO ! I'M A COLLEGE STUDENT in A Wheelchair BTW 😢 I lived in my van for 21/2 yrs while 🥶 in a 2002 Honda Odyssey with a "No Cure" Bone Disease, there's only one reason I'm alive now, the Mercy & Grace of God. I had a no build. I'm in my 40's I have 2 College Degrees from my 20's ,This break's my ❤️. Also I'm Cherokee. Oh I know what he means.. Seasons, great weather is awesome, but winter & Hot Summer I Had a heat stroke Twice & was in the hospital. I had no where else to go. Literally, I tried to go to Shelters, but bcuz of my Wheelchair they wouldn't take me. Crazy thing is I miss it. I had a Terra Pot heater. Emergency blankets ect. Mallow me. I live on $937 a month, I was very blessed, I NVR hurt for food or that kinda thing. Poor thing..but this is his choice..He wants his independence, you have to weigh your pros & cons.

They wouldn't take you in a shelter because you are in a wheelchair! That makes me so angry! Are you on Medicaid and Medicare? Check to see if there are resources that are available in your state. Your state may have 211 operators to help. Also, if you are with UnitedHealthcare, you can ask for the "Government Assistant Department " Just call the number in the back of your card. I am also a Medicare Broker but in Texas.

I would suggest painting it inside a happy color when you have a chance. The ceiling is good! I suggest colorful bedding and walls. Paint will make it happier! I wish I could design the van for you!

Love the Xtra space of the van but the economy and handling of my $6K Prius V is my preference. Don't need to install much in Prius V build you have to remove seats add trailer hitch and Thule cargo box to the rear. Carry 2 boat gas tanks doubling my range to nearly 1K miles. Running through West TX 80+ mph my economy drops to 35 mpg. Before the extra fuel took me 22 hours to get to Cave Creek AZ from Morgan City la 70380. This tank is great because I can load my tanks in ELOY AZ tour the state saving $1 a gallon for fuel. ~25 gallon fuel is a true game changer. Bought this Frankenstein car 245K miles 2012 chassis with a 2017

Homefree is the only way to live in the west. I recommend you figure out how to make $1500/month (after taxes) online, and move to Bali / Saigon / Okinawa / you will be shocked how affordable south east Asia is. I also did vanlife for 2 years in CA. Saved enough money to pay for the van. Rent is for slaves.
