Thanks so much for sharing your experience - all your Nurcing videos. I’m starting ihna next week and your very informative and given a lots of good tips. I was so curious what the process is like and you’ve followed all the way through, was such a good idea to make videos as yes there isn’t much info for those who are eager. You’ve given me a lot of motivation. your so organised and it’s seems your excelling!. Again thank you!

Hey Halley, did you study during your breaks? How did you keep on top of the subjects? What's your study method? I'm about to go on my AC placement. Super nervous but excited. xxx from Melbs ;)

Hell.. to the no 😂 haha. No so, for us at IHNA, you have to have completely finished all assignments, exams and OSCAs BEFORE going on placement. Then the only work you have to do is your clinsoft stuff which you do with your facilitator on the job so you’ll be fine. ❤❤ good luck!!!!

Hey Halley :) thanks for this informative video for us fellow students, I was just wondering what kind of nursing crocs you have? Thanks! Xx
@Halleys_adventures4 ай бұрын
Hey darling! Thanks for the kind words 🩵 I just have standard black crocs and I have jibbitz in every hole on the top so needle proof hahaa this is what most do in the hospitals I was in. However, you can get fully closed in croc clogs on their website with back straps. It’s really facility dependent on what is allowed where. I have the Tokyo Birkenstocks which are like bostons but black leather with a strap at the back and I mostly wear those. Xx

Hi, thanks a lot for the informative videos. Was wondering if they do sponsor students for their studies or you guys pay for yourself. Anyway i watching from South Africa
@Halleys_adventures2 ай бұрын
They don’t sponsor unfortunately, you can study as an international. However because we were born in Australia we do get free tuition at the moment post Covid but usually it’s 10-20k (thousands of dollars). Thanks so much!

Thanks so much getting back to me with the feedback, so if you say its costing 10-20k you meant in Rands or Dollars

@@angelluvuno8601 oh no, I was born in Australia so I’m not paying as I’m a domestic student, and sorry that would be AUD

Hi. Is it easy to find AIN work during studies for diploma students, and what's the overall job market for ENs?
@Halleys_adventures2 ай бұрын
It WAS easy to get a spot as an AIN but it’s quietening down now. And there is jobs everyyyyydayyy screaming for workers.

Hi! How far in advance do you get told where and when you placement is??
@Halleys_adventures4 ай бұрын
You know roughly at the beginning of the semester but there is usually like a 6-8 week block and you could be in the start, middle or end of that block. It’s confirmed 3-4 weeks in advance.
