Hello, I am in the process of buying 5 student properties in Liverpool. Values are: 162k(house), 108k(flat), 180k(house), 162k(house) and 105k(flat). These will all be brought through a LTD as investments, can you please tell me what stamp duty I would pay? Do I pay the 0% as all under 500k or 3% additional dwellings rate?
