Student Question: How to enter and save hands on BBO?

Hi and thanks. How do I create a PART hand. Say, with North having 3 cards and South having 2 cards. Plus, it is playable if I click on the cards, and it does not show any cards in E or W and it does not have a bidding box or table number. I have seen that on videos but can not figure it out. Thanks for any help.
