Exactly the kind of letters that scream i am well researched and do not help! We really need to learn to keep things simple. You just happen to have scholarship, financial gift from parents, pension saving, landed property.That's too much. People seem to forget the reason for a SOWP is to come to canada and work. This is one category of visa that does not require so much show of funds. Infact for my spouses OWP, i did not include any proof of funds. I told them i was broke and needed my wife's help to finish paying my fees. Keep things simple and honest!

I reapplied and I was given but it was withdrawn the second time due to a general reason that they have gotten the number of students they want from my Country. They eventually came in with visiting visa and we went to the boarder and changed it to visitors record. It’s attached to my study permit and it expires when my study permit expires. It allows them to go to school too

Please ma, is advisable for a man apply for a study permit to be accompanied by the wife (SOWP) applying at the same time, what should the reasons to justify the wife withtwo kids accompanying a study husband? Secondly the man has been approved for lots of study abroad loan funds enough (100KCAD) to cover himself and the accompanying wife (SOWP) and to kids( vistors visa), will only the loan be accepted as only the proof of funds for all the four family members? Dear I need your advice here. I have gained an admission in a school that has DLI but has no postgraduate work permit after graduation. Now I want to apply for Visa and I have a wife that I don't want to left in Nigeria, pls should I include her on the Visa application as open work permit, can it go through remember there's in no postgraduate work permit attached to the students that graduates from the school. I don't think work permit can work. K think visitors visa is the only option since you're not on a pgwp.
