Erwerbstätigkeit gestattet” (“Economic activity permitted) or Beschäftigung gestattet” (“Employment permitted”) If neither are present, you will either need permission from the foreigner’s office (Ausländerbehörde) or a new work visa. The specific requirements depend on your circumstances, nature of job etc. and should be checked with the local government office
