Students On Warpath Against Year Out: Crisis Worsens In KTU| Mathrubhumi News

T'puram: The crisis in APJ Abdul Kalam Kerala Technological University worsened as the students continue their strike against the the year out system. The government has taken a stand not to intervene in the issue. The KTU also remains noncommittal. In the colleges under the KTU, a minimum number of credits are compulsory when the students complete second and fourth semesters. Currently, about 8,000 students are in the year out system, as they could not secure the minimum credits required.
