I know you think so too or I wouldn't have been placed in a position for a state trooper to run my plates and possibly me and find the person in my car holding a pipe. My HUGE issue is when he tried to tell me to grab it for the guy and put it back in my car when they took him to jail when I never allowed it in my car in the first place. I know that's only paraphernalia but when possession is a mandatory 30 days, is he operating with honor? I don't want that around me.

Does State Action apply when a private entity acts as a proxy for the government? Completely as a not at all currently relevant example: If the government were to say, have a direct line to a social media or information aggregation company (lets call them BookFace or Twittard or Gaggle for example) in order to tell them to censor private citizens based on any of the reasons the government is prohibited of doing on it's own, could this be considered State Action and as such make the private entity liable in the same way the government is?
