@@catoninetails789 Not specifically, but I found from another comment that apparently these covers come from multiple sources, four albums by Kukita Kaoru: "GHIBLI the Classics", "Unplugged Ghibli", "Ghibli the Best", and "Ghibli the Best II." I have not yet looked into this though, so I can't confirm if this info is true or not

Love these Cello covers, in my opinion they are vastly better than the 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 Piano covers that I have found. Piano may be a "standard" classical instrument, but it gets old when it becomes the main instrument you hear all the time. time stamp 1:06:54 - 1:06:56, starts a series of obvious changes in what tracks are being played that I can't ignore them, First time track cuts off far to abruptly from the low soothing Cello to the sharpness of a... Clarinet (?) and Violin, Second instance 1:12:54 - 1:12:56 Violins suddenly stop, Third instance 1:15:54 - 1:15:56 tempo change, and a few seconds later at 1:15:59 Howl unceremoniously just appears in the chair across from Calcifer (I liked the other version where you heard the bell jingle, door opens, and he walks in to take his seat better) Fourth instance 1:18:54 - 1:18:55 track change, and Howl disappears. there 36 more minutes on the video at this point and I have other stuff to do, so I'll just let it play, then go to the 60 minute version that is by far much smoother in comparison

These versions of the famous songs are possibly my favorite covers I have stumbled across always being a fan of studio ghibli. Even though the main voice of each song is cello. They still made all the other instruments just as important which is really nice and it is so sad none of us will probaly find the original main source of these songs. I really wanted to find original original because I wanted to find the music sheets to these if available. I'm going to keep looking bahaha good luck everyone

The OG album is from Kaoru Kukita, Ghibli The Classics (2005), at least for Carrying You. Pretty sure but can't confirm if the other songs are from her.
