Nice. Just to note - from about 2:15 you are hearing the outputs from BOTH tracks at the same time. You need monitoring on the MIDI so that you can play the keyboard, but I don't think you need monitoring on the new audio track as well. Hearing both output signals added together might be misleading. When you play back the recorded audio at 3:25, of course we only hear the one track again, not doubled.

When recording a vst either as an audio or midi, what must be the minimum level of each track? so that it would be ready for mixing easily please guide me,

Usually I just render the midi to wav after the fact.
