Thanks for this video. It helped me. Another question.I am just starting out with Studio One. Is there a command available/I can create that will delete everything from the cursor to the start of the track/from the cursor to the end of the track. Not a section or region - everything? So let's say I am playing an audio track and I stop at a point and want to delete everything to the left or right of where I stopped. I know I can highlight or split, etc. but that's a few steps and since I do this all the time I would prefer a single keystroke to do this. Any input is appreciated in advance.

I doubt there's is a built-in command for that but should probably be possible to create a macro for that. I'll try and let you know if I succeed.

Just checked and actually there are built-in commands for that. Check Event->Trim Start to Cursor and Trim End to Cursor.

While I have you on the line. When I am in edit - full screen or not - to the left of the wave file I am working with is a panel/window that has Mute, Solo, and some other options . Is there any way I can hide it - I would prefer to have the wave file have all the desktop real estate. It serves on purpose when you are editing audio on a single track which is what I do all the time.
