Studio Photography: Shoot and Edit while Tethered

I always do b/w in post because there's maximum tonal control. However, I didn't know about applying color grading, etc., while shooting with Capture One. I'm thinking of buying it. My main objection to tethered shooting is that there's no image in camera. Occasionally an image is corrupted when uploading to an editing program, and I can reupload it from the camera card. I can't do that when tethered.
