Next time- mix your wet ingredients first, then slowly add the dry mix little by little, mixing it will each time. You can also use a sifter to avoid the little "balls" but i just do it little by little. Salted butter is best!! Yum!

A tip for future baking: don't open the oven while it's baking. the temp will drop and so it'll end up taking longer to bake. I'm guilty of this all the time xD It turned out really cute though!!

Your sleeping schedule is so relatable to me.. 😆 every morning I try to get up at 8am (which is not even early I know) but I constantly snooze all my alarms.. as long as I get my work done I'm not too fussed whether it fits into the 9-5 schedule or not. Its not easy when inspiration strikes at 10pm!

Salted butter is perfectly fine. I’m a cake artist and I only use salted butter. And you have to fold your batter. Also next time use a baking spray with flour in it. The cake will release so easy. 😊

The whole black Friday thing really depends on what you are shopping for. The key is to use apps like honey to track the trends and to know what to buy when based on those trends. Typically, black Friday is actually really good for clothes and for small appliances. Sometimes electronics too, depending on the type. I focused my shopping on clothing items and small appliances this year and saved a lot of money. Last year it was a TV that I saved big on. Also, make sure that you are using sites like Rakuten to get rebates. I got at least $5 back from each of my purchases through them!

That’s what I wanted to buy as well a dyson! But I think about it I just use a swifter first and then whatever remaining dirt on the floor I just vacuum. Also the cake idea was sooooo cute! I haaaaaaate Dyson vacuums. Every one I’ve tried has done this thing where it will start pulsing on and off. I’ve looked it up in the past, and apparently it’s quite common with Dysons. They should be made better than that as expensive as they are.
