Congratulations on the change in production method! That's always exciting (and a bit scary). My husband and I used DTF transfers for about a year and a half as an upgrade from Cricut vinyl work ( you are wise not to do that haha it's so time-consuming and super limiting). It was such a huge blessing for our shop. I'm jealous of the next-day/two-day delivery of your transfers! That sounds amazing. Ours was around a week which wasn't bad. But like you said it opened up so many chances for experimenting and growing. I also loved that the inventory isn't pre-locked to a shirt size. (We did everything made to order) Actually, I think you mentioned in the last vlog that people don't like pre-orders, but now you could potentially do "pre-orders" if things sell out, and as you said then you wouldn't run out! and it would only be maybe a week's wait? Good luck with the launch today! I love the Explore More and Rollercoaster designs as well!!!

Sometimes a change of scenery is all we need! Also I think the screen print looks better, the colors seem more vibrant and it’s probably less expensive for you and takes way less time!

I absolutely loved this vlog. So happy to see you pressing your own shirts. It's always so scary starting a new adventure but so worth giving it a shot. I make everything in house to cut down on cost and also it give me control over my inventory as well. I may outsource more one day but for the past 3 years it has worked much better financially for me to make everything myself. Hi I have the heat press there so good. If you press the A on the screen it will press automatic when you push the draw in. Then automatically opens when pressed. Keep up the good work x

What program do you use to make the designs? For example, do you use a simpler program like Cricut Design Space or Canva (etc), or Corel (which I don’t know how to use lol). Also wondering if you’ve tried Bella Canvas t-shirts? I’m pleasantly surprised at the LOVELY Color’s of the Gilman tees, by the way. Beautiful job!

Three New designs! That is quite an achievement for your apparel. I've been watching Katnipp and the "bought in dye sub transfers" instead of "doing it yourself" (which will never be spoken of again in her studio) and they look really good. I've been messing with vinyl - which I must say I'm not keen on weeding either, and will try transfers next. But I won't justify actually getting a heat press until I try just the transfers with ironing on first. What is it about pumpkin spice? Downunder we don't really do Halloween (or Autumn for that matter). I've never even seen a pumpkin spice latte. However year upon year I see all you UK and also US and Canada people are obsessed with it...

We get some Autumn here in the Blue Mtns. but AU is regarded by climate type experts as a country that has only 2 seasons, wet and dry. Which is more true of Queensland than NSW. I hope I see a pumpkin spice latte one day too!@@CoconuTacha

Every time I go to your shop you run out of the 3xl sizes right away😢. It would be great I’d you’d concentrate more on bigger sizes… I live in America, there’s just too many big people out here. I was prepared to buy one of each t-shirt but now you’re out of that money. Perhaps do preorders also and order extra for the people that do not want to order ahead? Just an idea because us big people hate it when everything runs out.
