I have a slightly stupid question: do you do a meal plan or how do you decide what to do with your produce? I always buy produce, then a week later, proceed to throw said produce in the garbage. I hate cooking. And I consider pouring cereal into a bowl cooking. If I could have a feeding tube, I would be so happy. Unfortunately, I have to feed family members, so I am always curious how others tolerate prepping and figuring out food.
