Also... I do have to say, your packaging is one of the most notable things about your brand! I remember thinking it was super high quality. The bubble packaging was really sturdy and thick and the Daisy Mae pin was on this beautiful gold, thick shiny cardstock... I kept it because it was so nice!! Hehehe

Was looking at these comments before watching, but wanted to suggest Biofreeze (pain relief) for your back. I use the roll-on version, but it also comes in gel, spray, and ointment form. They came out with a stronger formula ("professional") a few years ago, which I haven't tried yet, but per Amazon reviewers, you can tell the difference, so I'll probably buy that the next time around. Anyhoo, thought you might want to check into it! Happy healing! (I know the feeling!!)

I'm so happy YT recommended this video to me. I was actually a bit sad that this is your first video, I wanted to binge watch your channel lmao. I hope you do an episode about your beginnings with your washi tape business. Aye, I hate it when in stationery hauls, the people just rip the sticker label on the packaging of washi tapes. I thought it was just me lmao I usually keep those labels with either swatches of the washi in my swatch book or to decorate in my journal. That's why whenever I see someone being careful with them, it's an automatic like on their video.

I was also very hesitant when I first try to manufacture items but there’s actually a lot of YT videos that helps talk through the process. Honestly it was a leap of faith for me, definitely a lot of trials and errors. Always ask for samples and give them as much of detail as possible.

And you’re right, one of the reason I decided to downgrade our packaging was also because of sustainability 🙈 at a certain point, it was no longer feasible to keep up with packing that took a long time and I had to find a balance. Run the curled sticker papers through a 10 mil laminator without the lamination (just inside the folder), and it'll uncurl the sticker sheets quickly. Does the same for heavily inked pages you print. Takes the curl and the waves right out of it immediately. :)

@@SumLilThings Let me know if anything goes wonky with it? Some materials don't work as expected. I haven't had an issue yet with this method, but I haven't tested on every type of material yet. It works with glossy and matte photopaper, and it works with some of the other types of papers and stickers I use.

All our washi tapes are original designs and hand drawn by my BF and I ☺️ We do not sell any pre-made items, I believe you are referring more to resellers or drop shipping for those who sell premade ones 🤔
