You weren't looking for a long reply but you're getting one. Because I think you guys should know just how awesome you are. The end of 2020 I hit my lowest, nothing to do with the pandemic. Anyhow I made myself the promise that I would find my joy thru any means necessary. So I had to get rid of all things that identified with my depression. And suddenly I had nothing to watch or listen too. Other than one piece (the greatest anime ever) so 2021 was anime, affirmations and guided meditations. When u guys started the podcast, I thought they're cute with good beards let's check em out. Knowing that I'd end up turning it off 5 min in cause it'll be about bullshit. However you guys pleasantly surprised my soul. I found myself learning from each episode. Always a quote or lesson worth writing down and sharing with others. You guys are refreshing, like a dip in a lake after a long hike. The positivity you guys spread is so absolutely delicious and CONSISTENT from the beginning to now! This comment box isn't big enough for me to really say all the ways you guys have helped me on my journey to uncover my joy! But I am so incredibly grateful for the studio 22 team and the amazing guests. I think I've said it before on here but I'll say it again. You guys are changing lives and uplifting people and it's absolutely beautiful! So thank you again and I'll be here sitting in the cheering section 😁 Alright that's enough of that mushy shit! 😁🤣❤️
