I'm okay with Hol Horse & J. Geil getting 2 turns. I understand that Black Polnareff gets 2 turns. I'm kind of getting pissed that Ice gets 3 turns. Guys, DIO’s fight is easy. You need level 99 for it to work, though. As soon as he tries to roll over you, a cutscene plays, your level will reach max and you’ll gain the ability to stop time. I’ve tried many ways but this is the only way it works.
