Ketsui Deathtiny: Kizuna Jigoku Tachi REVIEW (PS4) - Bullet Heaven

One game we've been meaning to review on Bullet Heaven is CAVE's Ketsui: Kizuna Jigoku Tachi. This is evidenced from the three copies of the game we have somehow obtained. And yet, years later, nothing. Well, that's all changing, now that it's available in North America on the PSN store. So what do we think of this game?
