Good thing you replaced the mosaic glass tiles backsplash in the kitchen, because that looks so outdated already... the marble octagon tile you replaced it with is so much better and is such a classic. .. love your work always 👍👍

You really outdid this one! Very calming and love the wainscoting and textured walls. Love the kitchen and backsplash, the only thing I didn’t like was the high countertop, it made the kitchen so closed in kinda weird looking but other than that it looks great! Love the bathroom and bedroom ❤

Wonderful makeover of the apartment. The only suggestion would be to have chosen a frosted glass multi spherical chandelier above the dining table. Exposed / visible light bulbs will be outdated very soon. I switched out my dining pendant / suspension light fixture to frosted glass and now there isn't any glare from the lightbulb. It is great to see that you also kept several pieces of the clients' furniture - bedhead and bedside draws. Overall a delightful home.

Save your wet wipes and use a smooth wet sponge for cleaning up your filler. You can rinse out the sponge and reuse it. It's the same process like grouting,
