Pro tip, as someone who has done wooden flooring: when laying your stir sticks (at 1:44), instead of having a line in the exact middle where the sticks meet, offset them to give it a more natural look. In flooring we used 6-8 inches as our guide (obviously you’d have to scale that), so that no two ends would ever line up and leave a definitive line down the middle of the floor. It gives it a more staggered look and helps break up that line I see a lot of times when you make fences or walls out of wood. Just thought I would toss this tip in, in case it’s useful to anyone.

I think what makes this video so great other than my great love for Zelda and crafting is HOW you explain things like a proper crafter. Just how you tossed the base to the side “that looks good” and “BIG STICK” had me laughing so hard. I appreciate this video so much because it’s exactly how I would talk to my friends during a project. Just thank you. Just the part even when you using the shirt on your back- I have so many things about this video that just stuck out to me. Definitely on a replay list. Overall result was amazing.
