I'm trying to imagine the depths and lengths of time and brain it all took. How many takes did it take to blow out a candle with the push of a fire hydrant? The amount of buildings. The amount of rhinestones. The amount of saxaphone melts. The amount of child height scavenger goblin shuffles. The grillaput stop motion. The ramshackling. The... remembering where all that stuff goes and the keeping one angle of your studio clean and the supportive partner. The audio edits. The visual edits. Every video I watch, there's another scratchbasher in the comments supporting the video and it makes me smile to hear familiar usernames in Patron name reads at the ends of videos. Every other video, the KZbinr mentions a technique they specifically learned from another scratchbasher. Pretty fitting that a community composed of people who make art into recycling seems to be one of the friendliest and welcoming on YT

15:27 Thats a little tray that I've seen people use when doing art and crafts with little rhinestones. You plonk a few rhinestones in there and gently shake the tray. The little ribs or lines or whatever flip the stones so that the flat part faces down and the shiny pretty part faces up, making it way easier to pick them up and apply them with a little wax tool. Very weird explanation and I hope it makes sense :)
