Having rejection from one country does not naturally impact the visa decision for another country. It depends on the rejection reason as well.

There ne no such country like easy and best. The definition of best is subjective as it may vary from person to person. Firstly know the purpose why u wanna go to abroad like for studying and returning back or wanna settle there and so on and choose the country accordingly. As per my research if u really wanna study go for Germany but it might have some complexities but education is free. U might look up for Finland too.But think 10 times before making decision to go abroad as life is not that easier which seem to be on photos and reels. Best of luck🤗
