Hey I wanted to come back with an update on trying this method. Back when I originally watched this video I was suffering bad with post covid symptoms. I ordered the black seeds off Amazon and have been eating them daily with my tea. I am almost back 100% better and it’s almost been 1 month. I do have to note that I’ve been taking the black seeds along with other supplements and elderberry syrup ( which has also been a huge help) I’m not sure if it’s just the black seeds or the seeds in conjunction with other supplements that have healed me. I know how frustrating it can be suffering with long covid so I wanted to offer my experience. So far so good and hopefully I stay healthy. Best of luck to you all ❤️

I used this with Orange Peel Powder Organic - Citrus sinensis, Mujeza Black Seed Honey, which is delicious. I ran across a study of this prophalactic, and I faired well with covid when the facility I work for as a nurse was hit by the second wave. I had a virus after a flu shot which I thought I was going to need hospital care. I always get sick after the influenza shotI was using blackseed oil before the covid virus. There are new studies I am seeing on dandilion root, which blocks the virus from the ACE-2 receptor. This is interesting as I have this in a herbal water pill with dandilion leaf in it, and was in very close contact to a recently diagnosed covid positive nurse, so far no symptoms. the majuza black seed honey can be found on amazon, it is a bit expensive, but a delight.

@@virginiawagner1403 if you get sick every time you get a influenza shot, why on earth did you keep taking it I am sure there are legislations in your constitution which protects your rights in putting harmful things in your body. After thy second or third time , should have been enough evidence for you, not to take those injections. Having a strong immune system prevents you getting sick or that you do not suffer severe symptoms. It isn't time that they nursing and medical staff stand up for their rights. Taking influenza injections or any other injection, will not protect your patients, if you get sick and transfer the virus to others. There is no logic for taking any injections to protect other people. That is just pharmaceutical propoganda and it is time that the medical staff start standing up for their rights. Especially now when the government is forcing people to take these Experimental mRNA injections. They are nothing but fear tactics to control nations, make money and in the ends dispose of the human life. You must surely see people dying , if not immediately within month's from them taking these experimental injections. The hospitals are starting to get over filled with patients and it's not from the "delta" strain.

Best to keep information sharing and dialogue constructive. Those that do not only present themselves as agenda-driven trolls, and resorting to such rhetoric due to a lack of substantive information, (projection!) ... That said, there are people on this forum who know much more on the subject than you do. Like myself, and unlike you (according to you), we acquired that knowledge by actually taking lots of time, concentration and effort, to scrutinize and discern both the sources and the information. Turns out I am having trouble accessing much of what I thought I have saved, and yes, it would be good if info links are saved so we can share. \After all, this is about sharing good info. ... If someone leads you to a source to find what you are looking for, perhaps consider going to that website and YES, taking the time to look for yourself. I found studies on google search that demonstrated effectiveness, BUT the one(s?) that did not had GLARING design flaws that set it up for failure - namely that it was started WAY too late, and not in combo with other treatments (meds/supplements) that are known to work. Design matters in research studies. Dr. Stella Immanuel (censored Frontier doc with 100% success rate treating her Covid patients, many very old and with diabetes, etc) explained this over a year ago. But anyone familiar w research understands this. I..I did save many articles, but many I cannot access, and it would still take me time, so I will not indulge or spoon feed you, but I would if it was act my fingertips right now. But check out FLCCC. Do a simple google search. You will find it! If it does not show success, you MUST look at the design. Also, check out Bit chute. Some excellent docs and other scientists, so you will have to always consider your sources of info. ALSO, I saw video by what I saw as a very credible physician, who detailed his attempts to have his study on Ivermectin published in a medical journal. Seems there is suppression, delays, censorship when it comes to this, as well. That I saw on Bitchute, but I did not check to see if it was also on YT. Especially ion you have not taken the time to scrutinize, you would be well advised to keep your eyes and mind open. (Not criticizing you for not having the time, people are busy, but for your declaring it bunk, until someone spoon feeds you. THAT is willful ignorance.) btw - I used to work in vaccine research development, and IO have vaccinated COUNTLESS adults and children. It is unwise to assume others are ignorant, gullible or uninformed. You might also look into reasons why people are hesitant to take the jab (not including religious objections) to the point that they are suffering catastrophic consequences not r/t health. At one point I thought I was going to pass out, but toughed it out as I had in past with other flu symptoms ( I’ve only had flu a maybe 3 times in my long life) and recovered ok. I would caution on the source of the honey, as much commercial honey is simply coloured and flavoured sugar syrup, while still more does not originate as nectar but as sugar, fed to bees. I know of wholesalers and commercial beekeepers who have been offered "honey" to order for resale from scam businesses offering every flavour or colour imaginable and produced to order in a few weeks. Likewise, the worldwide consumption of Manuka honey is reckoned to be several times the actual production reported by beekeepers! No nectar means none of the plant products which give honey its potency, although the sugar syrup fed bees do at least add their own enzymes, which might possibly have a limited effect. So the best and safest bet is to get it direct from a local beekeeper you can trust. If you don't know one, find out who advertises to collect (not destroy) swarms or wild colonies!

Very true. Buy from a reputable source. Where honey is concerned, it’s far better to pay a premium for 100%, verifiable honey... especially for this purpose!

@@clairecadoux471 Sadly, t seems to be true everywhere, although of course, the origin of the honey flavoured syrup is probably from a smaller set of locations where operators can blend their syrup and flavourings outside the scope or supervision of half-way decent regulators. Nigella, also known as "Love in a Mist" in Britain, is a beautiful little flower. The plant has pretty pale blue flowers and feathery green foliage. It grows about knee-high, likes a sunny place in the garden and seeds easily (so you will always have some and can give dry seed pods away). Indians use the kalonji seeds on naan bread (so you have probably tried them without realising). It is fascinating to find that the seeds are so good for health, which the ancient healers knew about!
