I wonder what is the use of stay back period of a course, if one dont have a part time job at least to be able to stay there. Life is so expensive, weather its France or neighbouring countries. Getting a job after a course is never a guarantee, especially recruiting Non EU citizens is more time consuming, more expensive for any employer, except for very highly skilled workers. I live in neighbouring Belgium. There are many Indian IT workers here, and recently medical workers , especially skilled nurses, and Old age home workers. Not all IT workers need to know the language fluently here. But Indian medical workers have to be able to speak, read, write the language of the country.

Bro, I hope you did your CF interview in English, not in French!!. The CF interview is happening in English, not in Malayalam!! If the student is fluent in French, then they can. After that interview, students will get NOC, and the CF interview has a great impact on each file. The CF manager said most of the students are not able to do a self-introduction in English, and they were not able to give proper information about the college and courses. So, the CF interview review will greatly affect their files. Apart from that, a great portion of these students are going to substandard colleges, so that is also another reason for rejections. This is what I meant.
