Thank you Bradford for these videos. I also bought a copy of your book and have been working through the studies as a hobbyist adult. My background is in jazz guitar from high school and this is my first foray into classical guitar. These videos are very helpful in guiding me on the details I should focus on. I also grew up in British Columbia myself so I'm very proud to see that you're based out of Victoria. Thanks again for this excellent content!

I echo many people's comments. A huge thank-you for taking the time to write the pdfs and make the videos. You explain everything so clearly and it's great to have videos where you can see you playing with both the left and right hands. Have bought the book (and the technique book) and am going to spend some time working my way through them. Haven't played in years, so will revisit the RH techniques especially. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for doing these Sor studies Bradford. I have followed your lessons for some time and would rank you the top online classical guitar teacher in terms of production schedule, which is quite impressive!

Great lesson. I have been working on this piece for a bit but not yet as smooth as I would like. Thanks for putting this out and the suggestions you have for fingering. Also wonderful to hear how it can sound to inspire me to keep working toward that goal!

I bought the 25 studies and love your videos. I am working on 1 and 2 right now. I hope to progress through more but just printed out the first 6 for now.

Good call starting with only a few. They do progress pretty fast. I still have my first Sor book 25 years later and read through it so it's a good one to come back to again and again.

Great lesson, as always! I noticed you did not talk about damping bass notes. Do you consider that to be a skill at a higher level than Sor intended for this piece?
