No matter how many times I hear this story my hearts aches and tears come to my eyes. HE died for me, and I feel like I don't deserve his grace, mercy or love as I know I fail him daily. I have gotten better since I have started this in January, and I have changed a lot compared to how I use to be. Thank you, Jesus, for your forgiveness and I try daily to make you proud. Thank you so much Kanoe for doing this. It has changed my life in so many ways.

This is only my second comment throughout this whole study. I started Jan. 1st. And (God willingly) can’t wait to make it to the end with you. Thank you so much for all that you do. (Some of us may not say much but we are here).

I have a question around Jesus’s last words… in reading the different chapters they all seem to be different (but similar meaning). What is your thought on what it actually was?

Does the curtain torn in 2 at the temple have any significance?
@heartdive Жыл бұрын
Oh my, did I gloss over this detail? 🤦🏻♀️ It has HUGE significance! Remember, the curtain is what separated the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies, where God’s presence dwelled. Only the High Priest had access to this once a year to atone for the people’s sins on their behalf. The curtain being torn represented our Great High Priest (Jesus) being accepted as the ultimate sacrifice and we now all have direct access to the Father through Him. Can’t believe I didn’t speak about it. I gotta find a way… thank you for asking about this.

@@heartdive Wow so much meaning to that. Thank you Miss Kanoe. Yes try and fit it in. Its to much info to b left out😊

Are you reading the NIV version? I love how you go in depth explaining everything but I’m finding it hard to follow along, do I have the wrong bible to follow along with you?

I’m confused. If Jesus didn’t raise until the third day, why did he tell the thief on the cross next to him that they would be together in paradise that day?
@coleenburns1701 Жыл бұрын
In scripture when Christ died on the cross He defeated death. So He went back to the Father and everyone that dies after He died go to their eternal home, either Heaven or hell. That's my understanding
