Our health status as we become pregnant, the complications we face while pregnant, the family situation and support differences, etc. make pregnancy impossible to regulate without sacrificing women with wanted pregnancies too. We need personalized care - not prescriptive, regulated care by an uneducated oligarchy. Pro-lifers want us to get comfortable with the idea that a woman losing her fertility or getting sepsis and almost dying is a perfectly acceptable outcome even in the cases where there are fatal fetal anomalies incompatible with life.

"Abortion care"...... People with weak arguments have to resort to euphemisms. Intentionally vague language to describe very harsh realities. Women having to travel in order to abort a child is a very reasonable compromise.

Not if you are too poor to travel. Then it's discriminatory. And what about the doctors leaving for states where they can practice according to modern medical standards? It's going to be a loss for women in the state.
