WHAT IS UP TEAMMM!
Welcome if you're new or welcome back! First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you were able to spend time with family or if not watch the celebrations virtually - I am sending all my love to you guys out there, extra for those who are facing tough times.
Today again a very requested second part to my "How to study" video. This focuses more on optimising your studying and finding the best strategies to make the time as effective as it can be. I am more than happy to do more parts to these as I've heard they've been quite helpful for some of you! So feel free to leave anything specific you want me to focus on if you want a part three :)
I have a feeling there will be a part 2 to this videos as there are so many different things you can do to ensure an effective study session. Also, everyone has different study strategies, so this video is kind of where to start! Let me know anything that you’d want me to talk about in a part 2!

Could you make a video showing us your notes and how you take notes? Do you use ipad or write out notes? What do you find is helpful in Physio

Yes!! I definitely can ☺️ I personally do handwritten with a mix of electronic (laptop) but I’ve always wanted to invest in an iPad! I find handwriting always helps solidify and get words in my brain if that’s makes sense? But that’s more anatomy and pathology - if I’m having to do a lot of research on a topic or condition then I go electronic because it’s personally more time efficient. Therefore electronic = when requiring heavier research and more information 😊

Hi I’m a sixth- form student who’s thinking about doing physio at uni I’m really interested in the paediatrics branch of physio but it’s hard to find recourses that gives insight into what it’s like - do you have any advice on where to look for info or any paediatric placement experience?

Paeds is an amazing area for physio, one of my best friends is actually doing a placement in that sector at the moment. Unfortunately I haven't had the privilege to experience that area yet - honestly there a various youtube videos on paediatric physio as well as resources online regarding possible paediatric conditions! But if you have any specific questions, I'm happy to ask my friend! Take care :)
