Anna what I suggest you do for drawing is just keep drawing the same thing but just erase a random feature each time and find a reference for that specific feature and slowly you will see your self be able to draw even slightly different characters without a reference!

Girl please please stay consistent with your drawing, I was consistent and then around Corona time I just stopped and focused more on writing. Now I'm behind but the passion keeps me going. Use references as much as possible, while it's cool to draw stylized things as a beginner you're trying to learn the rules so you can eventually break them when you understand how things work. Good luck with your art Journey and as for your writing, keep it up.
