Back when I was an undergrad at Ucla (and even now as a med student), I highly recommend Anki for anything memorization! Honestly making your cards is already a pass, and reviewing it even just once is another pass! If you ever get the chance to study anything memorization heavy (esp anatomy and pharm at med school), then Anki is your best weapon!

you will always be enough to accomplish whatever you want to do. being a doctor, at its core, is more about being willing to do the most you can to help people and get them the treatment they deserve rather than memorize diseases. it's not like once you leave school all your notes will be taken away. also, trust that you will eventually memorize all of this in med school. trust yourself. you're enough. this is to everyone who needs it: you are enough. and you will get through it.
