12 hours?? That's insane. I don't think you will retain that information in your head. And most of your viewers are not focused. Don't you feel physical and mental exhaustion? Social life is important too.

Not really, I am used to it, and I make sure to work out, sleep well, and socialize in the 4 hours I have to myself after the streams. I also take a day off.
