BJMC has more clinical exposure due to its vast hospital campus. And ahmedabad is a much bigger city to live and enjoy college life in. BMC has a relatively more strict administration in college, and is said to have the better teaching from the faculties. It depends upon you and being a localite does make it easy. So if you're from Ahmedabad BJMC would be better. Both options are good and not to be regretted for either choice.

Is pomodoro really effective?(heard about that from many ppls)

Yes it is effective at managing focus and fatigue. Personally I have been using Pomodoro method since 11th standard it has worked for me. But one has to give their all while the study period of pomodoro and make sure not to stress the mind during the break period.

Mahir Bhai what you do in break period ? I used pomodoro but during break i use phone and the 5 mintues break turns into 30 min break

Turn off internet connection and don't use phone during the short break, one should use phone only during long breaks
