hi so i started kcl and wanted to ask, how do u know what to take away from lectures and write notes on? should u be memorising content consistently or towards the exam dates?

Heyy that so cool, what you studying? As a general guide on what to focus on ill look at my module syllabus as it will say what the aim is of that week, so when doing readings and taking notes In lectures ill have that as a heading. I think memorisation consistently is ineffective personally. Instead every few months ill read back over my notes, add anything I flagged initially to look back over as I feel essays aren't a test of precise knowledge and facts but how you formulate an argument. So making sure you're really comfortable with the content is important im happy to do a q&a on this at some pint, let me know if you have anymore questions ✨

And loved this video. I have applied to this course but there are barely any student perspectives on it out there. How have you found this course so far?
