Thank you so much for these, they are helping a lot with my life! I have Anxiety so whenever I study, there is always my brain going into overdrive "will I finish this on time, will I crack this exam, can I even solve this question, despite knowing all the theory" there is something very calming about seeing another person in the screen who is studying because it makes me want to study regardless of the thoughts in my head. They quiet down a lot and I am so thankful for it!

@Isaac Netero this helped me focus because I usually listen to music or other people talk and I usually get easily distracted or it takes me very long to write the essay. With his channel. He divides the time perfectly while having breaks in between them. A lot of people recommend that method and sometimes it is hard to do it on your own. So I had to find someone who does that exact method. It turns out it is very effective.
