I got a 2:1 in French and German and never once read any of the books (apart from Woyzeck, ouch). Read the synopsis and get the English copy is my (probably shit) advice. Eight years later, I actually now quite enjoy reading texts in their original language. Irony/

If you want to read poetry books in Spanish that maybe could be more interesting for you, I recommend you books like "Amor y Asco" by Srta bebi, anyone by Defreds or even "Ahora que ya bailas" by Miguel Gane. Maybe, you can improve your Spanish by reading books just to have a nice time and not because of the university. I hope it helps you❤😊
