Ask your doctors for an Online booking form, Ive just registered online and its so much quicker to get appointments. You can see when the nearest appointments are and if you check every day or so, someone will cancel their appointment and you can book onto it straight away. I had a 3 month wait for an appointment and registered online and was able to book for the next week! It also manages your prescriptions xx Hope this helps

I know exactly how you feel about blood tests. I literally pass out at the simplest of things I can't handle blood or anything medical. This might not help much but I had to have a blood test a few months ago and I was dreading it so much I nearly threw up I was so scared. But the nurse was so lovely I just sat there, put my headphones on and looked the other way and just breathed and I swear to God I felt like almost nothing. It didn't hurt at all and it was over so quickly. So i understand how horrible the idea is but if it could help you I definitely would recommend thinking about it x

Selina Ozay a project pan its when you try to use your makeup product until you hit pan;) its very usefool when you dont like a product and dont want throw a away or when its getting old. Watch videos on KZbin its very popular I love watching these with decluttering série. go check if you have tome ;)
