all day today in particular I’ve felt sooooo much stress and anxiety feeling like I am not doing enough to get into med school or I’m not good enough to get in, but then I see videos like this of people who have at one point felt the same way as I do and, there they are, in med school. Was just getting ready to study and the notification for this video popped up! I'm a first semester med school student (here we divide by semesters not years). I've been wondering if you could show us a little bit more of how you use a whiteboard to study (when you have time of course, I know how crazy med school is) 'cause I have one and I never use it 'cause I find it boring writing down all the content and then erasing it, but it doesn't seem like you write the whole content, so I'd like to know what type of stuff you write in the whiteboard.

Just listen to nature sounds they help..also some instrumental music but with NO lyrics

Also, you should wear overhead headphones instead of normal ones that you have. They go around your ear instead of on them, so they don’t push on to the ears. They’re much more comfortable.
