Ahh I looove the mountains and skiing! Also fun fact: You can actually apply to work in a ski resort (and no you don't need to be good at skiing) whether it be as a ski guide on the slopes or in a chalet or hotel for a UK tour operator (check out Workaseason because you don't need to pay to do the placement, unlike companies such as BUNAC or Oyster Worldwide that do - even though they're great companies too). I did a ski season a couple years ago and it's definitely possible to do one during your year abroad if, like me, you had to do a work placement year as part of your university studies. :) I did my season in Austria - There is a video on my channel if anyone is interested too.

Etcetera it's actually Latin, it's the combination of "et" (means and) and "cetera" (means the rest) in Latin it's pronounced like etke'tera and in French I think it's got the accent at the end like most French words. Sorry but the Latin classes better come in handy after so much torture
