Studying for CFSO/TO/CFTRI/GATE/ICAR Exam Only? (Hinglish)

This is everything I needed to hear at this point of time. Like literally cracking an top University exam or getting a govt job, no doubt an achievement, but how are we gonna direct it for better society, for a better recognition as profession speaks volume! Apart the whole Nestle's Maggi ban episode, we as food technologists even at this rate aren't recognized for what we are doing. After all these years still our profession isnt considered as profession of status itself is quiet disappointing. Somewhere there has to be certain way to make our society get register the service we provide as food technologists. We really need to raise above the job-salary mentality and start working towards making an difference in society. It's not gonna be easy or anyway quick. But at least people with stable careers in our fields( BIS, FSSAI, FCI) or any MNC employees should step up! At the least they can invest there time in sharing there actual, practical experiences via these KZbin channels. This would really help many many students to know how things actually are.. n how they can corelate and decide their career path! Apart all this! @FoodTech simplified is doing really great job out here! Sir u r an inspiration indeed. Rather than concentrating on how to increase ur channel views( by being an competitive exams guide) you are genuinely speaking what actually needs to be done. That really matters! Because students of our field should genuinely work for excellence in subject. Only then true value for the degree is achieved.

The example of Nestle's Maggi was quite apt. You've said it right. We have to grow out of the mindset of just going for a job or exam. I'm sure there are many experts who will be willing to show up on our channel, to guide people like you. I'll start inviting different people and conduct some sort of interviews. I did my masters in food tech from Bundelkhand University in 2006, and my dissertation from NEERI, Nagpur. But now i am settled in Gairsain, in Chamoli UK in mountains.
